• Commercial History includes information regarding the purchases and rentals you have made through our Services and any relevant subscription information. • Responses to Surveys and Questionnaires includes any information you provide to us when you complete market research surveys. Does the Site Respond to “Do Not Track” Signals?

There is currently no industry agreed-upon response to a Do Not Track signal. At this time, our Site does not respond differently based on a user’s Do Not Track signal.

Sensitive Information

Sensitive Data as defined under Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Texas, Utah, and Virginia law includes precise geolocation information. For the purposes of serving you relevant advertisements based on your location, we collect geolocation information to perform geofencing. We will not collect this information from residents in these states without first obtaining consent.

We respect your rights in how your personal information is used and shared. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can email us at privacy@brevwaycarrental.com or follow the instructions at the bottom of each email, and we will promptly remove you from marketing correspondence.
